Hi I'm Logan! Creator of the Logan Avery Collection. When my mon started Splish, I wanted to make something fun for me and my friends. So, she said, "Logan, come up with ideas!" Together, we created The Logan Avery Collection! I really like bath bombs, and I always wondered how they fizz and make cool bath art. So, my mom and I did some learning, and we started making our own bath bombs.We've come a long way, and I'm super proud of The Logan Avery Collection. SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are processed within two - four business days.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment could possibly be delayed. If this occurs you will be contacted by phone and/or email.
  • We currently offer shipping through The United States Postal Service.
  • Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your total purchase.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.
  • If your order has not arrived within ten days after you have received your shipping confirmation email contact us at hello@splishcompany.com
  • The Splish Company will not issue a refund or a replacement order due to the entry of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. It is the Patron's responsibility to enter accurate shipping information.

REFUND POLICY

  • The Splish Company will not issue a refund or cancel an order once it has been placed.
  • Due to the nature of the products sold The Splish Company cannot accept returns.
  • If an item is defective please contact us  at hello@splishcompany.com within two days of delivery so that we can correct the issue. The correction method will be determined case by case. ( partial refund / replacement, etc.)
